How did you get my information to contact me?

We obtain our information from your county assessor's office, which is open to the public and available to anyone who requests it.

I received a letter from you, but what if I am not interested?

We appreciate you for taking the time to review our letter. Our interactions are hassle-free, so if for any reason you are not interested, please kindly disregard. These offers are intended for motivated sellers who may benefit from the opportunity.

​I have other land that I want to sell besides the one you sent an offer for?

​That's great! We're open to looking at any property you want to sell.

What do you plan on doing with the property?

​Our network of investors may buy and build, buy and hold, or buy and sell.

How do you come up with your offer prices?

​Our offers are based on a percentage of comparable properties in the area and county records. We consider all the attributes a property may or may not have.

I feel my offer is too low; I would like a higher offer?

​Our network of investors specialize in purchasing properties at a lower rate. Depending on comparable properties in your area as well as the attributes of your property (such as road frontage, water, electric, septic, well, etc.), we may or may not be able to negotiate the price.

How long would it take if I decide to move forward?

​All deals are closed using a reputable title company or attorney. The time it takes to close depends on how quickly the title company can run the title search and receive the title back. In many cases, we've seen it done in as little as 5 business days.

I live in a different state from where my property is. How would I get paid?

​The title company or attorney would mail you any documentation that needs to be signed and notarized. They can also wire the funds to you or mail a check.

Is this real?

​Absolutely! This is completely verifiable with your county clerk's records.

Are you the owner?

​Some of the properties listed on our site may be owned by us. However, we do advertise properties for other sellers.

Are there any liens or back taxes?

​If anything is owed or held against a property, it will be disclosed in the listing. However, we encourage everyone to do their own due diligence!

Why is it so cheap?

​Properties listed are often obtained at discounted prices, which allows us to pass the savings on to you, our valued customer!

I'm interested. Can you send me details?

​Everything we know about the property is typically listed in the property's description. You may use the parcel ID number to check further details with the appropriate county office where the property is located.

Do you offer seller financing?

​At this time, we do not offer seller financing.

I have cash! Can we meet in person?​

​Our company is based out of Macon, Georgia and the majority of our transactions are conducted virtually. We have several other payment options (see below).

When will I receive my deed?

​Once payment is received, you will need to provide your legal first and last name (or business name) and your address to prepare your deed. We will send you a photocopy of the prepared deed via email or US Mail (which takes longer) for your approval that all information is correct. After you confirm, we will mail the deed to the county where the property is located, and the county will directly mail you an updated deed reflecting you as the new owner. This process typically takes 3-4 weeks. If the property is closed using a title company, they will instruct you on what is needed.

I have a property I would like to sell. Would you be interested in buying it?

​Yes, we would love to take a look at what you have. You can email the details to

property@livinglifeanew.com. Please include the property's state, county, address, parcel number, asking price, and your contact information. If we are interested, we will get in touch with you. Potentially, you could have a check in your hand in 3-5 business days!

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Please do your due diligence before purchasing.

What forms of payment are accepted?

​Various forms of payment are accepted such as personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and bank wires. Soon we will have options for secure checkout on our website for select properties. Please allow 3-5 business days for checks to clear.
